Shipping Policy

商品は入金完了から土日祝を除く3営業日以内に発送いたします。商品到着の日時指定はできません。 
発送してから通常1~3日程度でのお届けとなりますが、交通・天候の影響などによっては遅れる場合がございます。

Products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed, excluding weekends and holidays.

You can not specify the date of arrival of the product. It will usually be delivered around 1 to 3 days after shipping. Please note that there may be delays due to traffic and weather.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 一点物のため、返品交換には応じません。 

  • 撮影環境、お客様のモニター設定により、色味に違いが発生してしまう場合がございます。 

  • 「イメージと違っていた」「色を間違えた」など、お客様側の理由による返品交換はできません。

  • Because our artworks are single-items, they can not be returned.

  • There may be differences in color depending on the shooting environment and your monitor settings.

  • We can not return or exchange for customer reasons such as "It was different from the image" or "Wrong color".
